1. Service Overview

Camping Merzouga organizes 3-day desert tours connecting Marrakech with the Erg Chebbi sand dunes in Merzouga. We offer three package tiers (Simple, Medium, Luxury) including transport with professional local drivers, Dadès Gorges hotel overnight, desert camp stay in Merzouga, dinners, breakfasts, and sunset camel treks.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are validated upon availability verification and issuance of a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. All package prices are clearly displayed in Euros (€) and Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) with zero hidden fees.

3. Cancellations & Date Changes

Date modifications are free of charge subject to vehicle and desert camp availability. In case of advance cancellation, we offer flexible rescheduling policies.

4. Insurance & Liability

All tour transport vehicles strictly comply with Moroccan transport safety standards. We advise travelers to hold personal travel insurance covering medical expenses and emergency assistance.
